    Personal Data

    210blocks only collects personal information from users for the purpose of certain services offered on the Site. Users provide this information knowingly, especially when they enter it themselves. Users of the Site are informed about the obligation, or not, to provide this information.

    In accordance with the provisions of Articles 38 and following of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to data processing, files, and freedoms, every user has the right to access, rectify, and oppose the personal data concerning them, collected by the Site. To exercise this right, the user must make a written and signed request, accompanied by a copy of an identity document with the user's signature, and indicate the address to which the response should be sent.

    No personal information of the Site's users is published, exchanged, transferred, assigned, or sold to third parties on any medium without their knowledge. The only exception would be in the event of the acquisition of 210blocks and its rights, where the transmission of such information to the potential acquirer would also be subject to the same obligation to preserve and modify the data concerning the Site's users.

    General Terms of Use

    The use of the 210blocks site implies full and complete acceptance of the general terms of use described below. These terms of use are subject to change or supplementation at any time, so users of the Site are invited to regularly consult them.

    The Site is normally accessible to users at all times. However, 210blocks may decide to interrupt the Site for technical maintenance reasons.

    The purpose of the Site is to provide information about all the activities of the company.

    210blocks strives to provide as accurate information as possible on the Site. However, it shall not be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies, and deficiencies in updates, whether due to its own actions or those of third-party partners who provide this information.

    All information provided on the Site is indicative and subject to change. Furthermore, the information on the Site is not exhaustive and is provided subject to modifications that may have been made since it was put online.

    210blocks shall not be liable for any material damages resulting from the use of the Site. Additionally, users of the Site agree to access it using recent hardware, free of viruses, and with an up-to-date web browser.

    210blocks owns the intellectual property rights or holds usage rights over all the elements accessible on the Site, including texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, and software, unless otherwise indicated in the Credits section at the bottom of this page.

    Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, or adaptation, in whole or in part, of the elements of the Site, regardless of the means or method used, is prohibited without the prior written permission of 210blocks.

    Any unauthorized use of the Site or any of its elements may be considered an infringement and subject to legal action in accordance with the provisions of Articles L.335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.

    210blocks shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages caused to the user's equipment when accessing the Site, resulting either from the use of hardware that does not meet the specifications mentioned above or from the appearance of a bug or incompatibility.

    210blocks shall also not be held liable for indirect damages (such as, for example, loss of market or opportunity) resulting from the use of the Site.

    Interactive spaces (space for contacting 210blocks) are available to users. 210blocks reserves the right to remove, without prior notice, any content posted in these spaces that violates applicable French law, particularly with regard to data protection regulations. If necessary, 210blocks also reserves the right to engage the civil and/or criminal liability of the user, particularly in the case of messages of a racist, homophobic, sexist, transphobic, abusive, defamatory, or pornographic nature, regardless of the medium used (text, photograph, etc.).

    Third-party Sites

    The Site contains several hyperlinks to other sites. However, 210blocks does not have the ability to check the content of the sites visited through these links and shall not assume any responsibility in this regard.

    Cookies

    Browsing the Site may result in the installation of cookie(s) on the user's computer. A cookie is a small file that does not allow user identification but records information related to a computer's navigation on the Site. The data obtained in this way is intended to facilitate subsequent navigation on the Site and also to enable various attendance measurements.

    In Chrome: Click on the three horizontal lines in the top right corner of the browser to open the menu. Select Settings. Click on Show advanced settings. In the "Privacy" section, click on Preferences. In the "Privacy" tab, you can block cookies.

    Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

    Any dispute related to the use of the Site is governed by French law. Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of Paris.
